When You Have Poured Out For Everybody Else

Emotional Exhaustion

When you've poured into everyone and there's nothing left for you.

Look at me, sister. I see you. You have been the answer for everybody else for so long that you forgot you are also a woman who needs answers. You are tired. Not the kind of tired a nap can fix. The kind of tired that lives in your shoulders, your jaw, your sleep, and your spirit.

Emotional exhaustion is what happens when you give from a place that has not been filled. You can love God and still be empty. You can love your family and still be empty. The cup that pours out has to be poured into. That is not selfish. That is design.

This week, I want you to do three things. One, name the people and the responsibilities that drain you. Two, name the people and the practices that fill you. Three, give yourself permission to spend more time with the second list, even if the first list is not happy about it.

Rest is a spiritual discipline. Saying no is a form of obedience. The world will keep asking. You are allowed to keep choosing yourself, your peace, and your God before you choose the next yes.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

, Matthew 11:28

I am allowed to refill before I pour out again.

If this conversation met you where you are, the books were written for you. Two volumes, one movement, and a sisterhood waiting on the other side.

Your Invitation

This Is Your Invitation To Stop Hiding And Start Healing

You do not have to have all the answers. You do not have to perform strength in places where your soul needs care. This movement is here to remind you that God still sees you, healing is still possible, and your story is not over.
