You Are Allowed To Need What You Give
Women In Ministry Who Pour Out But Need Care
You are allowed to need the same kind of care you've been giving away.
Sister in ministry, who is pastoring you. Who is praying for you. Who is asking you the questions you ask everybody else. If you cannot easily name those people, that is not a small thing. That is a soul emergency.
You cannot keep giving from a cup that nobody is filling. Burnout in ministry is not always loud. Sometimes it shows up as a quieter prayer life, a tighter jaw, a thinner patience, a heavier Sunday. The signs are there before the collapse.
Get a therapist. Get a spiritual director. Get a small circle of women who do not need anything from your title. Take your sabbath like it is the eleventh commandment, because for you, it might as well be.
The kingdom does not need a depleted you. It needs a whole you. Your healing is part of your ministry, not a distraction from it.
Caring for me is part of caring for the call.

This Is Your Invitation To Stop Hiding And Start Healing
You do not have to have all the answers. You do not have to perform strength in places where your soul needs care. This movement is here to remind you that God still sees you, healing is still possible, and your story is not over.
